45000 participants in rainy parade

45.000 participants and 450.000 in the audience at this year’s Pride Parade. Despite rain and chilly weather, the streets of Stockholm were filled with music, dancing and cheering when the parade went through the city on Saturday.

- We are very satisfied and everything worked fine, says Paul Turner, Parade manager.
The parade started at Humlegården at 1pm and all groups and participants had reached Pride Park after four hours. The party continues in Pride Park all night with a Parade gala where BWO and Alcazar and other artists will perform. The tickets for Saturday night in Pride Park are sold out.

Another night breaking the records in Pride Park, with 15 000 visitors and an extremely happy Charlotte Perelli was called back out on stage by the audience after her performance and sang her song ”Hero” once again.
