Art in the Park Gallery

In a corner of the park you can find a Gallery-sign which leads into a rather anonymous pavillion. The pieces there are presented by Stockholm Pride's own Elinore Lindén Strand.
Elinore gives us a quick tour of the artists' pieces, explaining what the show is about. The tiny gallery holds nine exhibitors and a few collaborators. Two and three dimensional pieces as well as video art can be found here.
- The pieces display bodynorms from different perspectives, homosexual, heterosexual and others. For example we have Leif Jacobsson's set of head-shaped sculptures.
The gallery has become some what of a Pride Park institution, now on it's fifth year. Responsible for the gallery for her second consecutive year is Elinore, previously we could see her work exhibited as she also is a photograper. On Skogsscenen in Pride Park a panel debate discussing art, bodies and norm is held on Thursday at 3 pm.
