Application form for seminars, debates and workshops

This application form must reach Stockholm Pride before the 30th of May 2012. All questions need to be answered, and as an organizer you must report each program item on a separate form. By the 15th of June you will have received notice on whether your program item has been accepted or not, as well as which day, time and location it has been assigned.

Stockholm Pride 2012 is held at Stadsteatern, Kulturhuset and in Tantolunden during week 31 (31st of July – 4th of August).

This application form does not concern musical performances, theater plays, art exhibits or other kinds of performance acts. For contact regarding the organizing of such a program item, send an e-mail to musik@stockholmpride.org

Stockholm Pride provides furniture to match the program item and expected amount of participants. All larger spaces are equipped with microphones. Is there any specific piece of furniture or other kind of technical equipment that is required?

Rooms and stages. This year Stockholm Pride will host some of our seminars, debates and workshops in Pride Park, Tantolunden. Can your program item not be placed there? Why?

Time. Does the program item have to be scheduled at a specific time or day in order to be carried out or is there any specific day/time on which you can’t participate? If yes, when? (Stockholm Pride can’t guarantee that the demands will be met.)
