Pride Park opens for visitors on Wednesday, when Stockholm Pride 2010 is inaugurated. Speakers during the opening ceremony are Magdalena Ribbing, expert on polite behaviour, and Lars-Erik Holm, director-general of the Swedish National Board of Health and Welfare. This year's Pride song is performed by Anki Bagger and Peter Gustafson.

This year, Pride Park is located on a new site. Instead of Tantolunden, Pride Park opens its gates on the Royal Djurgården, outside the Maritime Museum (Sjöhistoriska museet). As a visitor, you will find that Pride Park is bigger than before, with even more exhibitiors, restaurants and bars, extended opening hours, and more artists.
On Wednesday the exhibition "Den Vanliga Människan" opens at the Maritime Museum. LGBT artists as Mari Kretz, Tilda Lovell, Mattias Olofsson and Lars Lerin exhibits shows their works in the exhibition, curated by Vilda Kvist and Jorun Kugelberg for Stockholm Pride. The exhibition opens at 17.00 with mingle, performance and music.
In Pride Park you will also find a fire truck, a karaoke tent with trials for a place in the Swedish Karaoke Championships and trucks from Heineken, where visitors can enter the refrigirated vehicles.
This year Pride Park also has special focus on children with Pride Kids, an activity centre for children, introduced together with Pride House. Pride Kids will include birthday parties and a Pride Kids Express train which runs twice daily from Sergels torg to Pride Park.
Artists on stage when Stockholm Pride 2010 opens are Marit Bergman, Anna Maria Espinosa, Asha Ali, Zekes, CC & Lee, Hazell Dean, Safura, Vengaboys, DJ SASH!, Dr. Bombay, Thomas Di Leva, Therese Grankvist, Hera Björk, Love Generation and more.
